Robert Jones has nearly 30 years of experience counseling clients with respect to a wide variety of business-related legal matters, with emphasis on business acquisitions and finance, commercial real estate, church and nonprofit law, and general corporate representation.   Mr. Jones has significant experience representing both buyers and sellers of businesses and assets throughout the United States, as well as representing the borrower in sophisticated financing arrangements, including master credit facilities, private placements of debt securities, and asset-backed securitizations.   Additionally, Mr. Jones has advised clients at virtually every stage of real estate development projects, from planning and financing through construction.  By virtue of his day-to-day interaction with client management over many years, Mr. Jones brings to his current practice a strong commitment to tailoring legal services that meet the needs and goals of the business client.
