Kevin Watson has practiced law for over 40 years and is the senior member of Watson Jones PLLC. Focusing on commercial transactions and business litigation, Kevin’s business practice has covered all aspects of business organization, finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial institution matters, real estate acquisition and development, syndications, municipal law, municipal and corporate finance, and creditor’s rights. Kevin’s broad range of business clients includes a large privately held multinational corporation, numerous automobile and truck dealerships, and an association of 200 plus Mississippi automobile dealers.

Born in Columbus, Mississippi, on February 5, 1956, Kevin completed undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University in 1978 and law school at the University of Mississippi in 1981. Kevin joined the Mississippi Bar in 1981 and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Kevin is a member of the Federal and American Bar Associations and the Capital Area Bar Association.
